Season trend: pale pink

Designers declared pink the main color of the season and gave us the right to choose any of its shades.

“Pink is the color of joy and femininity, it lets you believe in a quiet and beautiful future”: said Christian Dior. According to the Spring-Summer shows of brands like Christian Dior, Balmain, Chloe, Stella McCartney, Sportmax, many designers really decided to bath in pink dreams. The abundance of this delicate color in collections announce a new wave of popularity of the feminine and romantic style.

A little history

We analyzed the loved girly movies and assured ourselves that pink is for everyone: for gossip girls, blonds in law and mean girls! Kidding apart, pink was always in the center of attention of many famous fashionistas: from the shocking-pink glorified by the legendary Elsa Schiaparelli to the delicate shade, preferred by Jacqueline Kennedy.

Practice

-Choose exclusively delicate, powdery pink shades. Leave fuchsia for Barbie dolls.

-Opt for simple, clear, natural, unfussy silhouettes.

-It’s hard to find a more romantic shade than pale-pink. Delicate will become even office costumes.
