Season trend: accent on blush

By  |

You still don’t use blush because you’re afraid that your makeup will be too bright and vulgar? Vainly! We found four ways to transform this make up technique into the main decoration of your image.

No Fashion Week is complete without a blush, even if the makeup artist blends it so well that it can be seen only in certain lights. And now imagine that during a show the audience will rarely see items like: clothing, hair, bright make-up – all this is certainly evident, but what about the invisible blush? So why do we still have to apply it and whether they will be useful for us in New Year’s Eve?

Natural make up.When speaking about nude, the first thing that comes to mind is an easy blush decorating the face. Looks like you’ve just returned from a walk on a winter day. Of course, low temperatures will allow a slight redness on cheeks without makeup, but if you want this effect to be on your face, then take the example of models from Prabal Gurung, Loewe, Sonia Rykiel and Clements Ribeiro shows. At these shows the blush was almost the only accent in makeup, without making the look seem scary or absurd.

Harmony of colors. Searching the shades of eye shadows that will completely match the color of your dress is past ages, but the creation of one color scheme makeup is an indicator of a good taste. Blush can be perfectly combined with lip gloss (like DKNY), with shadows (like Tom Ford and Valentin Yudashkin) or (and this is a high risk!) with the entire look (Blumarine).

Blusher

Accent on cheekbones. Expressive cheekbones require blush if combined with a lipstick in intense shades. An example of such can be the girl from Massimo Rebecchi show.

Bright make up. The rule on one accent, which suggests that you can emphasize only the eyes, cheeks and mouth, has long been in the past. Red lipstick and pink blush can coexist. Felder Felder is a proof of that. Black penciled eyes need bright cheeks. Don’t you believe me? Then take a look at the models from fashion shows of Nanette Lepore and Moschino Cheap And Chic.
