Stylists who worked in the backstage of Proenza Schouler decided to not deviate from the course set by the first New York shows and they also supported the trend of a maximum natural makeup and the wet effect in hairstyles. The most important task of make-up artists was not to just easy emphasize the natural beauty of the girls, but to make it almost invisible that is why, on the faces of models there were no traces of makeup. They tried to keep the natural radiance of the skin and did not apply a big quantity of face foundation, but with the help of a correction product they hide the minor imperfections, and applied on lips only a clear lip balm. As for hairstyles, here everything was without any complications – the hair was slicked back, using thick styling gels, which created that well-known wet hair effect.

In his new Spring-Summer collection, Michael Kors embodied the spring romance with its pastel shades and delicate floral patterns. According to the designer, the hair and make-up had to repeat the general mood. Makeup artists considered that the effect of makeup without makeup, which has already become an absolute hit of New York Fashion Week, will be perfect for that. They even the skin of the models with face foundation and then used a blush in peach shade to bring the image a warm tone. The contour of the eye was subtly made with a brown pencil, in such a way that the line was almost invisible. This gentle and natural look was completed by careless braids invented by the stylist Orlando Pita. He made ​​sure to give the hair volume and texture, parted it in the middle and then leaved some strands loose near the face and braided them.

Those who are following the work of Marc Jacobs more than one year, are no longer surprised by designers original ideas.
