Sport Style

Certainly sports style clothing is present in every woman’s wardrobe, however, this season, the sport style become a fashion trend. The Italian catwalk has seen virtually everything: from sexy leggings in bright colors and classic bermudas to training suits for racing such as the one presented by the fashion house Versace. By the way, for such look the footwear should be as sexy and feminine. So when you put on a training suit, do not forget to match it with high heeled sandals or shoes.

Bralette

Sporty but at the same time very feminine, bralette became the most sensitive elements of the Milanese outfits. Bottega Venetta is counting on leather jacket over a black bralette, Roberto Cavalli opt for python skin print and Prada decorate them with fur inserts.

Boho Chic

It would seem that this year, Italy was quite taken by the wave of sport and fitness, but Milan wouldn’t be the fashion capital if it did not present feminine and sexy outfits. Thus, besides leggings, bomber jackets and bralette, the guests at Italian fashion week have noticed designer’s passion for boho outfits in the style of the 70’s. The trend can be seen everywhere: from casual floor length dresses by Roberto Cavalli, Alberta Ferretti and Philosophy, to lightweight and transparent blouses by Armani, as well as makeup and hairstyle.

We do not see anything special in it: with the coming of spring, boho style always gets a new life, because it is so pleasant to be worn namely in the warm period. Ideal for romantic dates, visits to the theater, walks on the beach, this style seems to never leave fashion catwalks.

Intense colors, expressive lines and glitter in makeup

Speaking about fashion shows it would be unfair not to say a few words about the beauty trends. After Milan fashion week version this spring we will have to love the bright shades of eyeshadows and not apply them on the eyelids, but around them, playing with shapes, colors and application techniques. Special attention we must give to eyebrows, which must be colored in light shades (e.g. white, as it does Max Mara, or pink, like Gucci). In addition, Milan approaches the trend of previous weeks, namely gloss and glitter on the lips.

Thick and Flat Sole Footwear

Milan city passion for comfort is confirmed by another trend, namely thick and flat sole footwear. Combining great with boho style outfits, this unusual footweatr will become a true friend for active and stylish ladies. Executed in various colors, decorated with eccentric details and prints, such sandals have in some cases a sole that can be removed, which makes us want them even more.

Laced bags

Amazing laces present in fashion weeks were perfectly included in ready-to-wear collections. We already know how original look on clothes and how clever they create feminine silhouettes. However, Milan has given this trend a finished form. In other words, it included in accessories as well. Proof is fashion shows from Marni, Versace and Max Mara.

Glitter from the 90’s

Generally, unlike other fashion weeks, Milan remained indifferent to aesthetics of the 90’s. However, Italy could not entirely exclude the legacy of that fashion era. In clothes and accessories, the murmur of the 90’s is missing, but in hairstyles on the contrary. Shiny hair, slicked and combed back, side parting and focus on the tip of the ears (whether or not with earrings) are another beauty trend that we can not just overlook.

Bob Haircut

Talking about hairstyles, we should mention another trend that has emerged fully within Milan fashion week, namely bob haircut for short hair in the style of the 20’s. It seems that Italy advocates minimalism: complicated hairstyles that distract the attention from makeup and accessories, which is undesirable for many designers.

Bangs

Concluding this review of beauty trends in Milan, we can not mention the return of bangs. However, as happens every time this spring bangs should not be wear as we want, but as designers dictate us. They propose to cut bangs after the eye line. Milan fashion week shows us many looks, executed in various styles and ways and bangs give that touch of naivety, rebellious nature and negligence in each of them.

Creative Approach

Fashion presentations that took place during the Milan fashion week once again proves that designer’s creative approach has no limits. Proof is the “paper” dress from Moschino or sleeves with expressive shoulders in the style of the 80’s from Dsquared2.

This year, the designers have worked hard to create truly original and eccentric looks. The market is becoming more demanding and designers are forced to conquer the highest peaks, seek the most unusual shapes and come up with revolutionary decisions. So we have no doubt that the creative outfits trend from Milan will last a long time before.
