Kenzo plaid collection, Fall 2015

Many designers argue that mid-season collections are even more popular than the main collections and this has an explanation. Pre-fall shows include casual clothes, which helps to smoothly pass from one season to another.

The pre-fall collection of Japanese house Kenzo resulted very colorful. This is sort of a mini-guide from the designers of the North-western states of America. Graphic prints dazzle and resemble long, narrow corridors of budget motels that are seen on the way. Bright neon jackets and skirts are an imitation of night, i.e. these are a kind of advertising signs which no trip can do without, because these are designed to facilitate the search of a rooming house, a coffee shop or a gas station.

In the collection the focus is on color. Can be noted the combination of big and small check, bright neon items and intense blue are the main colors of the collection and have something in common with black, brown and white, which are additional colors.

Asymmetrical plaid skirts that gently envelop the waist dominate the collection. Different hem length reminds upturns. As for the length, there are shortened and also midi-length models.

Tight leg trousers with high waist, side pockets, executed mainly from soft silk will help make the look elegant and formal at the same time.

As fasteners for jackets and coats were used zippers and options with “folds”. The style is shortened, though there are also T-silhouette medium-length coats (below the hip) with “notched collar.”

Loose silk blouses with short and long sleeves, tucked into pants or skirt – a trend that is relevant at any time. At Kenzo are presented products with short wide sleeves, which make the woman’s hand even more sophisticated.

The dresses have a simple fit, A and T silhouette. The waist helps emphasize the waist.

Rectangular clutch – plaid folder, with the brand’s logo and other designs complements the image by combining the top and the bottom.

The footwear in the collection is represented by closed court shoes on a small heel or solid sole. Patent leather, from which shoes are made, can be perfectly combined with the metallic shine of fabrics.

The mid-season collection from Kenzo is the embodiment of graphics, exact figures with sharp and straight angles. All is severe and understated, without any additional decoration elements.
