Pamela Anderson participated in a photoshoot for animal rights organization PETA. The photographer was David LaChapelle.

The photoshoot, whose task was to convince people that giving up on meat consumption is useful not only for themselves but also for the whole world, was stylized under the famous frame from Alfred Hitchcock’s movie, “Psycho”.

“Rivers are siphoned off, not just for the animals but also for crops like alfalfa grown to feed animals on factory farms. Producing one pound of beef uses as much water as about six months’ worth of showers,” commented Anderson on her participation in the project.
